The full schedule of events has been announced for the fourth annual Green Business Summit. The summit, Innovations in Sustainability, will take place April 21-22 at the Nashville Convention Center and provide business leaders with a platform to explore business models, best practices and opportunities for succeed in an increasingly “green” environment.

The line-up for the summit includes keynote speakers L. Hunter Lovins, president and founder of Natural Capitalism Solutions and co-founder of the Rocky Mountain Institute, and Don Moseley, director of sustainable facilities for Wal-Mart. Mayor Karl Dean will also speak at a special Earth Day Leadership Breakfast during the summit.

Local and national green business leaders will join these keynote presenters to lead breakout sessions and panel discussions. Sessions will include case studies of noteworthy companies such as Waste Management, Wal-Mart, and Nissan where attendees will hear lessons in success from corporate sustainability teams of these companies.

  • Three Panel Sessions on copying nature’s designs for business innovation, including a field panel at Warner Park Nature Center
