National Weather Service has issued a tornado watch for most of Middle Tennessee, including Wilson county, until 6 p.m.
A tornado watch means weather conditions exist that could producing tornadic activity.
Severe thunderstorms are advancing quickly from the west with conditions that could produce super cells and spawn tornadoes.
